FANNI ROHONCZI and the  FANNICA ALTA MODA

I'm Fanni Rohonczi, founder and designer of Fannica Alta Moda.

I launched my brand in 2021 with the vision of telling stories about transformation, self-acceptance, and the beauty of individuality — all through emotional depth and handcrafted couture techniques.

I earned my bachelor's degree at the Moholy-Nagy University of Art and Design in Budapest and continued my studies at Istituto di Marangoni in Milan. I am currently pursuing my master's degree at Polimoda in Florence. Fannica Alta Moda is both Italian and Hungarian: while the base pieces are produced in Italy, each garment is finalized by hand in Budapest with personal care and attention to detail.

I believe in sustainability, emotionally-driven design, and the idea that fashion isn't just about dressing — it's about storytelling. Each of my collections is a reflection of an inner journey, created for those who dare to be their true selves.

More than just clothing

Each piece of Fannica Alta Moda tells a story – embodying an emotion, an inner transformation, or an unspoken thought. I don't simply design garments; I weave sensations and memories into fabric. Behind every silhouette lies a personal experience, a crisis, a rebirth, or a fleeting moment of clarity.

My collections don't follow trends – they emerge from within, created for those who aren't afraid to feel deeply, to step beyond conventions, and to wear their most honest selves.

Every piece is handcrafted, often featuring hand-painted details, crystal embellishments, or intentionally raw textures. I believe that clothing does more than adorn – it expresses. And if you look closely, you might just find yourself within it.

Sustainability and innovation form the foundation of the brand: I work exclusively with European suppliers and engage in continuous research and material innovation, exploring circular alternatives and textile substitutions. My goal is for every Fannica Alta Moda piece to hold not only aesthetic but also ethical and environmental value.
