I. IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR OUR CUSTOMERS
Durability · Quality · Responsibility – the FANNICA philosophy

At FANNICA Alta Moda, we believe that luxury is not only an aesthetic experience, but also an ethical and ecological commitment.
Every piece that leaves our atelier carries its own unique story – thoughtfully designed, responsibly crafted, and made to last for years.
Our core values are quality, transparency, and sustainability – these principles define our relationship with our customers, suppliers, and the environment.

2-YEAR WASHING WARRANTY

Every FANNICA garment comes with a 2-year washing warranty.
If the product is used and cleaned according to the care instructions but any quality issue occurs (e.g. seam loosening, fabric defect, shape or color distortion),
we will repair or replace the garment free of charge.

The purpose of this warranty is not only to ensure customer satisfaction but also to promote a culture of conscious care:
we want every piece to serve you for many years, helping to reduce overproduction and waste.

5-YEAR REPAIR WARRANTY

Long-term responsibility is an essential part of the FANNICA philosophy.
That's why we offer a 5-year free professional repair service for minor issues after purchase –
such as reattaching embellishments, reinforcing seams, or fixing small tears.

Our goal is to ensure that your garments never become disposable items,
but lasting pieces of value that you can wear again and again.

Circular Fashion – The FANNICA Buyback Program

FANNICA operates on the principles of a circular economy:

We offer every customer the opportunity to sell back their previous FANNICA garments.

If you decide to part with a FANNICA piece, we will take it back and – depending on its condition – recycle, transform, or resell it.
A portion of the proceeds is donated to Hungarian textile waste reduction initiatives.

Each garment comes with a handmade, Hungarian-developed organic stain remover, enabling gentle, water-saving cleaning and helping to reduce the frequency of washing.

Customers can also access our Professional Washing and Maintenance Service at B72 Studio in Budapest, ensuring that every piece retains its original shape and quality for years to come.

Our Active Circular Practices

At FANNICA Alta Moda, circularity is embedded in every stage of our process — from design and production to sales.
Our goal is to achieve zero waste, ensure responsible material use, and give every piece its own story and lasting value.

Made-to-Order, One-of-a-Kind Creations:
Every FANNICA garment is produced as a unique piece, made exclusively to order — we do not maintain stock.
This approach not only minimizes overproduction but also ensures that each customer receives a custom-fitted, carefully crafted piece.

Textile Waste Recycling:
All textile remnants and cutting waste generated during production are carefully sorted.
These materials are repurposed into new accessories, bags, or smaller garments, or reused as eco-friendly packaging for shipping.

New Purpose for Small Fabric Scraps:
Smaller leftover materials are used as filling or decorative components in prototypes and installations, ensuring that nothing becomes waste.

Recycled Leather and Vegan Alternatives:
Innovative materials such as pineapple-fiber vegan leather and plant-based textile composites are reused across multiple collections, helping reduce the demand for new raw materials.

Metal Component Reuse:
Unused metal elements (chains, buttons, ornaments) are melted down and reshaped for future collections.

Sustainable Packaging:
Our packaging is made entirely from recycled paper, textile leftovers, or biodegradable PLA-based film.
All logo prints use water-based, chemical-free inks, and every package is fully recyclable or compostable.

Upcycling Program – Giving Garments a Second Life:
Returned, damaged, or worn FANNICA pieces are redesigned and recreated through our upcycling program.
Each reimagined piece receives a new unique label and a QR code, documenting its renewed life cycle and story.

The FANNICA Alta Moda Core Philosophy:
"Nothing is lost – everything transforms."
This is not only a production principle, but also the essence of our creative identity, forming the foundation of our responsible, enduring couture.

Acknowledgment and Responsibility Statement

II. Our Vision for 2030 – A New Era of Sustainable Couture

FANNICA Alta Moda is committed to redefining what couture means in the 21st century — transforming our production processes, material use, and operations entirely by 2030.
This vision guides every decision we make — from technological innovation and artisan craftsmanship to ethical production and respect for human dignity.

We believe that the future of luxury lies not in overproduction, but in conscious choices, lasting creations, and responsible values.
Our goal is for FANNICA Alta Moda to become Central Europe's first couture brand operating in a carbon-neutral, circular, and fully transparent way.

Strategic Goals by 2030

Elimination of Non-Sustainable Materials
By 2030, we will completely phase out all fossil-based and non-eco-friendly textiles such as conventional polyester, nylon, and acrylic.

Introduction of Sustainable and Alternative Textile Solutions
Our collections will exclusively use recycled PET fibers, biopolymer-based composites, and plant-based materials such as linen, bamboo, hemp, and kenaf.
In parallel, we are expanding collaborations with Re-Root Textiles and Climatex to reach even higher levels of sustainability.

Development of Natural and Compostable Dye Systems
In partnership with Hungarian and Italian research institutes, we are developing biodegradable, water-based, and compostable dye technologies that do not pollute soil or water.

Creation of Our Own Material Innovation Program – "Material Rebirth Lab"
In 2025, FANNICA Alta Moda will launch its own textile research and upcycling laboratory, dedicated to zero-waste production, fabric recycling, and the creation of next-generation couture textiles.
The program focuses on zero-waste pattern design and repurposing surplus materials into new functional applications.

Expansion of 3D Printing and Digital Pattern Technologies
Our jewelry, embellishments, and accessories will be produced locally using energy-efficient 3D technology, reducing transport and manufacturing footprints.
Digital pattern-making will further minimize production waste.

Digital Product Passport for Every Collection
Each FANNICA piece will feature a unique QR-coded digital passport, detailing the garment's entire life cycle
from design, material sourcing, and production to care recommendations and recycling options.
This ensures transparency, and makes responsible luxury traceable, intelligent, and interactive.

Supplier Partnerships and ESG Auditing
We maintain close, documented partnerships with all suppliers — each holding GOTS, GRS, or OEKO-TEX certifications.
By 2030, a comprehensive ESG audit system will be implemented across our entire supply chain.

Achieving Carbon-Neutral Operations
We are transitioning our energy use to renewable sources, optimizing production efficiency, and investing in carbon offset projects to achieve net-zero emissions.

FANNICA Alta Moda aims not only to adapt to the evolving fashion industry but to set a new standard
a couture model where beauty, responsibility, and innovation come together to define the luxury of the future.

"Quality is not just a feeling – it is a responsibility."

Closing Statement – The Future of Luxury as Responsibility

FANNICA Alta Moda is more than a fashion brand – it is a community of shared values.
We believe that the future of luxury lies not in quantity, but in meaningful choices.

The unity of conscious purchasing, garments designed for longevity, human-centered craftsmanship, and innovative technologies defines the new era of responsible couture.

By 2030, our goal is for every FANNICA piece to embody one essence:
a story, a value, and a responsible futurewithout compromise.
