You'll receive a confirmation email with a rental agreement attached.
Once we receive your deposit and rental fee, we'll ship the piece within 1 business day — or you can pick it up in person at our B72 Showroom.

Dress with confidence — every item is delivered clean, steamed, and ready to wear. All you need to do is enjoy the moment.
♻️ Return it easily
At the end of the rental period, simply place the item back in its original packaging and use the prepaid return label we've provided. That's it!

Each rental requires a security deposit, which is fully refunded once the item is returned in clean, undamaged condition. It's all about mutual trust and care.

FAQ – Clothing Rental
How does the subscription-based rental work?
Choose a rental period of 7, 30, or 60 days, pay the rental fee and the deposit, and we'll ship your selected item(s) — or you can pick them up in person at our B72 Showroom.
The rental is non-renewing and can be cancelled at any time.
What is the deposit and when do I get it back?
The deposit is a one-time refundable fee based on the value of the garment. As long as the piece is returned on time and in good condition, you'll receive a full refund.
Do I need to clean the garment before returning it?
No! We take care of all professional cleaning after each rental. Each item comes with care instructions, and all warranty terms are the same as for purchased pieces.
What happens at the end of the rental period?
You have three options:

What kind of gift or reward will I receive?
If the item is returned on time and in perfect condition, we'll send you a thank-you gift such as a discount voucher, a small present, or a credit toward your next rental.
How do I return the garment?
We include a return label in your package. Just place the garment back in the original packaging, attach the label, and drop it off at the nearest post office or parcel point.
What if the garment gets damaged?
Minor issues (e.g. missing buttons, small tears) don't necessarily lead to deposit loss — we assess each case individually. For major damages, part or all of the deposit may be retained.
When does the rental period begin?
Your rental period starts the day you receive the package. From that day, we count the 7, 30, or 60-day period.
How long does delivery take?
You'll usually receive your item within 2–5 business days. Delivery time may vary based on availability and your location.
Can I extend my rental?
Yes! You can extend your rental at a discounted rate. Just contact us before your rental period ends.
How is the item packaged?
Each item is shipped in our signature reusable bag made from recycled materials. You can also use this stylish, eco-friendly packaging for returns.
What if the size doesn't fit?
If the size is off, contact us within 3 business days and we'll do our best to exchange it for the correct size (depending on availability). One size exchange per rental is included.
Can I rent more than one item at a time?
Absolutely! You can rent multiple pieces at once and enjoy special discounts. Each piece has its own rental fee and deposit, but they can be shipped together in one package.
♻️ What happens to returned items?
We inspect and clean every returned piece. Items in good condition are re-rented. Those needing repair are fixed, and heavily damaged ones are redesigned, recycled, or upcycled into new products like bags and accessories.
