We offer a 2-year wash warranty and a 5-year repair warranty on all our products.

This means that if any quality issues occur during regular use — such as fabric defects, seam loosening, shape loss or color fading — and the care instructions were properly followed, we will repair or replace the item free of charge.

Under the 5-year repair warranty, we provide expert repairs for minor damages (e.g. stitching, small tears, reattaching embellishments), ensuring your favorite pieces remain wearable for years to come.

We believe in sustainable, conscious fashion — a well-made garment should last far beyond a single season.

Yes, international shipping is available.
Fannica Alta Moda delivers worldwide, whether you order from within Europe or beyond. We ship our pieces using trusted courier services (DHL, FedEx, or UPS), depending on which provides the fastest and most secure delivery to your country.
Shipping costs and delivery times may vary by destination — detailed information will be provided at checkout.

For made-to-measure garments, the production time may extend the overall delivery timeline. In such cases, we will always inform you in advance.

3. How can I track my order?

Once your order is completed and handed over to the courier, we will send you an email with the tracking number and the details of the delivery partner (GLS or FOXPOST). With this information, you can follow your parcel's journey in real time. Additionally, the courier service will notify you directly via SMS or email about the delivery details.

In-stock items are typically dispatched within 1 business day.
For custom or made-to-measure pieces, production time may extend the delivery timeline — in such cases, we will notify you via email. Upon request, we are happy to keep you updated on the progress of your garment.

4. The product I ordered is not suitable. How can I return it?

If the item is not suitable (e.g. due to sizing issues, damage, or you received the wrong product), please contact us within 14 days via email at fannicaaltamoda@gmail.com and we will assist you with the return process.

The returned product must be in its original, undamaged condition, including all tags and packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the error was on our part.

Important: Custom-made or made-to-measure items cannot be returned unless they are found to be faulty due to a manufacturing defect.

Once your return is approved, we will either refund the amount or – upon request – provide a replacement item.
